Pick-up option is available for some items. Please choose this option when checking out. We will notify you via email once the order is ready to be picked up (usually 24-48 hours)
If your shipping address is incorrect, please email us at help@whatbae.us within 24 hours to be adjusted.

We will notify you as soon as possible if your package is delayed.

Lost package: Please keep in mind that if a delivery attempt fails, an order may be delivered to a neighbor. The driver’s discretion governs delivery to a neighboring address. Orders requiring signatures that cannot be delivered will be returned to the warehouse.

Damaged package: We will offer replacement or full refund. However, pictures are needed to show to our carrier. No pictures, no refund or replacement.

$6.99 and free shipping for order above $200 (Domestic USA)

  • For in-store items: 1-3 business days; cut-off time: 12:00 pm PST. (Mon-Fri); shipping time: 2-5 business days.
  • For other items (not marked as in-store items): 2-5 business days; cut-off time: 12:00 pm PST. (Mon-Fri); shipping time: 8-10 business days (applied for generic items)
  • For other items (not marked as in-store items): 2-5 business days; cut-off time: 12:00 pm PST. (Mon-Fri); shipping time: 14-18 business days (applied for branded items)
